MMAX Gym in Hemel is a versatile space suitable for different types of classes.

The gym has the following facilities:

• Open Plan Gym Space
• No outdoor shoes on the matts – indoor shoes or socks only
• Designed as an MMA Gym (equipment available)
• Limited supply of weights (dumbbells up to 5kg, medicine balls, kettlebells, resistance bands)
• 2x TRX cables available
• Office space for storage

3 Students & Under – Space Hire:

One Off: £15.00 per hour
Monthly: £40 inc. 4 hours per month
*Happy to negotiate costs based on requirements and amount of time per month

Group Sessions – Space Hire:

One Off: £25 per hour
Monthly: £80 inc. 4 hours per month
*Happy to negotiate costs based on requirements and amount of time per month

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday: All Day
