MMAX Gym in Hemel is a versatile space suitable for different types of classes.
The gym has the following facilities:
- Open Plan Gym Space
- No outdoor shoes on the matts – indoor shoes or socks only
- Designed as an MMA Gym (equipment available)
- Limited supply of weights (dumbbells up to 5kg, medicine balls, kettlebells, resistance bands)
- 2x TRX cables available
- Office space for storage
3 Students & Under – Space Hire:
One Off: £15.00 per hour
Monthly: £40 inc. 4 hours per month
*Happy to negotiate costs based on requirements and amount of time per month
Group Sessions – Space Hire:
One Off: £25 per hour
Monthly: £80 inc. 4 hours per month
